I spoke to Ms Corby today to review decision re whether or not I would recommend transplant for Paul. I have recommended against transplant given his psychiatric issues, autism, the complexity of the process, multiple procedures and the unknown and unpredictable effect of steroids on behavior. I had discussed this with Dr. [name blanked] as well."
