Yes, do that. One time I didn't with someone very important and it's one of the few things I badly regret. :\

Hahaha... when I was 12, I actually used to tell my mother, "See me again" before she left for work or dropped me off, because I thought it was protection against her getting killed in an accident--dead people can't see.

I say "Feel better" sometimes for a similar reason. It's more direct and focused than a wishywashy "Hope you feel better soon..."
