Depends what kinda hurt. Someone tries to trap you here, you can get stuck, really stuck so you can't get back to the real world. But that takes magic and ritual. They have to magic your real body into a kifu - that's what they call it on Ua - it's like a little wood chest that's bigger on the inside than outside. Or there's other ways of doing it.

But someone blasts you with electricity here, you'd probably get sick in the real world, not know why. Unless you can believe it's not real - then it might not touch you. That's how come you can die in dreams and wake up ok.
