Tarot: The Star


A nude woman with hispanic colouring and dark hair hanging loose down her back kneels in front of a pond at night. Her eyes are glowing gold and there is a circle of eight stars in the sky above her head, with the lowest one on her forehead. She is holding out her arms and in one hand she has a skin of water, watering the tree beside her, and the other hand holds a skin of water pouring into the pond.

The Star is a card about hope after destruction. It comes after the Tower in the Major Arcana.

She's watering the tree so that fruit might grow, and refilling the pond so that there is something good to drink.
